Today, instead of door knocking, we joined the “Walk for Wellness” at Waterloo Park, hosted by @bookmytherapy.ca and got to meet lots of wonderful folks from our community. Special thanks to Neha and her team for bringing everyone together for some peaceful time! Especially with how busy this campaign keeps me, the breathing therapy session we had before the walk was priceless. It was a great reminder that sometimes we need to slow down and focus on our breath instead of everything else happening in our lives and in the world. Tomorrow, back to door knocking!
